Liz Graham is a moving and poetic singer/songwriter. Poignant songs and excellent vocal delivery mark this album. Graham sounds similar to Natalie Merchant but boasts more maturity. The acoustic guitar-based arrangements are simple and unadorned as the song really resides completely in Graham's excellent delivery. Her songs are of unrequited love for men who offer strength and adventure
