This song is all about me and my love for rock and roll. Frankie Chavez - My Religion ft.

Rock & Roll is My Religion.

The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle is the soundtrack album of the film of the same name by the Sex Pistols. By the time the soundtrack was being prepared, Johnny Rotten (Lydon) had left the band and refused to participate in the project, so the "proper" Sex Pistols tracks were done by taking Lydon's vocals from the October 1976 demo session recordings and rerecording their instrumental tracks (done by Paul Cook and Steve Jones).

My Religion is the eighth studio album by the Norwegian hard rock band TNT, released on March 8, 2004. It marked a return to the glam metal direction that ended with Realized Fantasies. It is regarded by a large part of TNT's fanbase to be their best album ever, including more known albums such as Tell No Tales and Intuition

Although Eddie Cochran was only 21 when he died, he left a lasting mark as a rock and roll pioneer. Cochran zeroed in on teenage angst and desire with such classics as C’mon Everybody, Something Else, Twenty Flight Rock and Summertime Blues. A flashy stage dresser with a tough-sounding voice, Cochran epitomized the sound and the stance of the Fifties rebel rocker  . Eddie Cochran sang directly to the American teen over his thick guitar sound. While his career and life were tragically cut short, his influence on rock music is everlasting.

Rock & roll is nothing but rhythm & blues, he responded with characteristic candor, and we’ve been playing it for years down in New Orleans. This is a valid statement: All Fifties rockers, black and white, country born and city bred, were fundamentally influenced by R&B, the black popular music of the late Forties and early Fifties. R&B was a catchall rubric for the sound of everything from stomping Kansas City swing bands to New York street-corner vocal groups to scrappy Delta and Chicago blues bands. From its earliest days the rock & roll label covered a broad musical terrain. The cliché is that rock & roll was a melding of country music and blues, and if you are talking about, say, Chuck Berry or Elvis Presley, the description, through simplistic, does fit.

Ultimate Classic Rock explores the Eddie album covers from Iron Maiden. Every one knows Eddie, Iron Maiden's lovable and seemingly un-killable zombie mascot. After all, he's graced every one of the group's studio album covers in a series of ever-more bizarre forms. But can you remember them all?. Eddie, or 'Edward the Head,' his proper name, was designed by artist Derek Riggs based on a mask the members of Iron Maiden had been given for an art-student friend. Here we meet young Ed in a simple street setting. Other than some skin issues, he seems like a normal, likeable fellow.
