Rainy Day Assembly is the debut album by American singer/songwriter Tess Wiley, released in 2002 (see 2002 in music). Sixpence None the Richer. Sixpence None the Richer (also known as Sixpence) is an American alternative Christian rock band that formed in New Braunfels, Texas, eventually settling in Nashville, Tennessee. The second album Of Color Bright used three new vocalists: Tess Wiley of Sixpence None the Richer, Sydney Rentz of Morella's Forest and Karin Oliver, also of His Name Is Alive. The band then went on hiatus. They self-released an EP in 1999 featuring Rosie Thomas and Trey Many on vocals. The band played a few more shows and short tours until their last appearance at The Blind Pig in Ann Arbor on October 16, 2000.
