Similar idea to "Rise Up Singing" by Sing Out! w/ over 1200 folk songs but that book only includes the lyrics + simple chords names so if u don't know song many don't find that as helpful as this. THIS book/CD includes the melody to songs. Good for any C instrument. Find this Pin and more on Music by Guthrie Gant. Find this Pin and more on Music Music Music by Katelyn Dokken.

Black Oak Arkansas is an American Southern rock band named after the band's hometown of Black Oak, Arkansas. The band reached the height of its fame in the 1970s with ten charting albums released in that decade. Their style is punctuated by multiple guitar players and the raspy voice and on-stage antics of vocalist Jim "Dandy" Mangrum. Black Oak Arkansas, originally named "The Knowbody Else," was formed in 1963 by some "high school pals" living in the area around Black Oak, Arkansas.

Broken English, her first rock record in 12 years, was the comeback triumph no one expected, not least in how gritty it wa. Jennings and his peers were traditionalists who bucked the very notion of tradition. All of them had been manhandled by the industry, but few bristled against the mainstream quite as strongly as Jennings, who found himself on a series of poorly planned tours that left him deep in debt to his label and addicted to amphetamines. If this were just a song about all the rhinestone suits and new shiny cars that defined country music around the bicentennial, it would have been only a minor antagonism.

Arkansas" was published by the Central Music Company in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1916 by Eva Ware Barnett and Will M. Ramsey. It became the first song designated as the Official State Song of Arkansas when the Arkansas General Assembly adopted it by Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 6 on January 12, 1917. Arkansas" remained the Official State Song, a bumpy road, until 1987, when its designation was changed from Official State Song to Official State Anthem by House Concurrent Resolution No. 1003 (HCR1003)
