Bulletproof Picasso is the seventh studio album by American rock band Train. The album was released by Columbia Records in Friday-release countries on September 12, 2014, and in the United States on September 16, 2014. It is the band's first album without drummer and founding member Scott Underwood, who departed from the band before it was recorded

Noteworthy: they are called Train, but Bulletproof Picasso is after California 37 (2012) is the second album by the Americans with a car on the front. In itself appropriate because Train makes music tailored for the radio, and where are you listening to the radio better than in a luxury American car (type Cadillac), driving on the endless highways? In any event, it is the atmosphere that Train seems to want to call with Bulletproof Picasso, that their 20-year anniversary marks. In those twenty years scored Train some big hits (Drops Of Jupiter, Hey Soul Sister) and there is no reason to think.

Train experienced a shake-up after the 2012 release California 37, with drummer Scott Underwood departing the band, leaving just vocalist Pat Monahan and guitarist Jimmy Stafford as the original members. As the group have steadily worked with a number of writing and producing collaborators during their second decade, the absence of Underwood isn't felt so much on 2014's Bulletproof Picasso

Bulletproof Picasso was produced by previous Train collaborator Butch Walker, and reflects writer Pat Monahan's penchant for distinctive musical stylings. I've always wanted to emotionally connect with people through the songs," says Monahan. But I also want to get into people's lives with this album. We're very excited about Bulletproof Picasso and we re looking forward to performing some of the new songs for all our fans

Album Name Bulletproof Picasso. Released date 12 September 2014. Labels Columbia Records. Members owning this album1. 1. Cadillac, Cadillac. 2. Bulletproof Picasso. 3. Angel in Blue Jeans.

Angel in Blue Jeans " was released as the band's lead single in June. There are 12 tracks on the album with a runtime of a little over 43 minutes. Overall Impression - 7 For me personally, Train is at their best when they're reaching back to copy old genres of rock instead of practicing their pop/country rock music of recent years. The band definitely create some well-crafted songs, but this is often with the assistance of people like Butch Walker, who create a "product" more than letting a band be a band.
